Services Policies
AEC Software has implemented the following policies to guarantee a successful training and consulting experience and maximize class availability. Due to class size limitations, trainees must adhere to these policies.

E-TRAINING
Payment
Payment for e-training classes is to be made in full by credit card, check, or money order prior to the training date. If paying by check, check must clear three days prior to the training date. Full payment of the training fee is required to confirm your registration and placement in a training class. All classes must be scheduled within 60 days of receipt of payment.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Any cancellation/substitution must be submitted in writing by using our online contact form. Upon payment, 50% of the total training fee becomes non-refundable in the event of a trainee cancellation. In the event of a trainee cancellation received on or after 10 days prior to the training date, 100% of the total training fee becomes nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the start of a scheduled class, a $50 charge will be applied. In the event of a cancellation more than 24 hours prior to the start of a scheduled class, trainees may apply the training fee to another scheduled class. The rescheduled class must take place within 30 days of the initial training date. If the class is not rescheduled within 30 days of the initial training date, 100% of the total training fee is charged. Any cancellation on a rescheduled class is non-refundable. Substitutions approved by AEC Software are permitted until 60 minutes prior to the start of the training class.
No Shows
If a trainee does not attend a class and does not provide written notice 24 hours prior to the training date, the trainee will be charged 100% of the training fee. The training fee is non-refundable and may not be applied to the training fee of another class.
Internet and Phone Connection
All trainees are expected to connect 15 minutes prior to training to ensure a trouble-free training session. All connection attempts after the start of the class will be rejected and will be considered a no show. Trainees are responsible for Internet connection and long distance phone charges associated with e-Training classes.
Restrictions
Each e-training class seat is sold to, and may be occupied by, one trainee only. Speakerphones, projectors, or any other device used with the intent to distribute the content of the e-training class is strictly prohibited. All copyrights, patents, designs, and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any course materials provided or made available in connection with our courses remain the sole property of AEC Software, Inc. No part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without the prior written permission of AEC Software, Inc.

If paying by check, check must clear prior to the training date. Full payment of the training fee is required to confirm your registration and placement in a training class.

Since class size is limited, please advise us immediately of any cancellations
or trainee substitutions. Any cancellation/substitution must be submitted in

CUSTOMIZED HANDS-ON TRAINING
Payment
To schedule a customized hands-on training class, deposits of 50% of training fees and 100% of estimated travel expenses are required. The remaining 50% of training fees are due Net 10 from training date. Deposit is non-refundable 30 days after receipt or 10 days prior to initial scheduled training date—whichever comes first. Payment is to be made by credit card, check, money order, or wire transfer. If paying by check, check must clear five business days prior to training date.

Any cancellation/substitution must be submitted in writing to our Sales Department

Travel Expenses
Travel expenses include, but are not limited to, transportation, hotel accommodations,
parking, tolls, and per diem. AEC Software will provide an estimate of travel
expenses pertaining to customized hands-on training. Customers incur all estimated
travel expenses. For documentation on actual training expenses, customers must
submit a written request to our Sales Department using our email
contact form
no later than 10 days prior to the training date, and there is a $10.00 documentation
expense for the training expense report. Upon this request, should actual travel
expenses be greater than estimated travel expenses, the customer will incur any
overage. If actual travel expenses are less than estimated travel expenses, AEC
Software will apply a credit to any remaining balance due.
